Noor ahmed presented River Landscapes: A New Glossary at the APRE Art House's Front Mater Curatorial Intensive in November 2025.
Front Matter- APRE Curatorial Course 2025 took place in Mumbai from 17th November- 22nd and is APRE Art House's annual curatorial intensive, a focused six-day program that positions the curator as a central authorial voice in contemporary art discourse. Noor was invited alongside an international cohort of curators to present their work.

River Landscapes: A New Glossary is a collaborative research project between Europe and South Asia that creates a transdisciplinary glossary of water, acknowledging rivers as landscapes of many species and cultures, transformed through colonial and industrial ways of thinking. Noor Ahmed presented the project and discussed co-creation with communities, research and the role of art in developing new languages for relating with rivers in times of ecological crisis. River Landscapes is an initiative by Martina Huber, Mira Jo Hirtz, Noor Ahmed, Ravi Agarwal, Johannes M Hedinger, Ruxmini Choudhury, Jahnavi Phalkey, Debjani Bhattacharyya, Ishita Chakraborty, and Anushka Rajendran.
